I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 from this dealership around 4 months ago. It hasn’t had one issue since purchasing.

I did point out something that I wanted fixed when I bought the truck and  the salesman I dealt with (who was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with) said they would get it fixed. It was only a sticking button, but may require about $300 in parts. I did have to pursue them with about 2 calls (He was not in the first call) before I was able to talk to them about setting up a fix for the problem.

The called me about 2 days later reaching out for me to set up a time. Now the rest is on me. I completely forgot to call back and assumed I would just be too late to get the slight issue handled. But I’m willing to bet they would take care of it if I called them.

If they have a vehicle I’m interested in, in the future. I’ll be stopping for another purchase. A+ report from me, here.
